As the person leading demonstrations and providing first-line support for ACE Online, Michael has become a familiar face to many of our customers. Whether he's helping a new business discover what ACE Online can do or supporting existing users with their day-to-day questions, he's passionate about making sure every customer gets the very best experience.

We thought it was about time you got to know the person behind the screen, so we sat down with Michael to chat about ACE Online, the soft furnishings industry, and a few things outside of work too!
About Michael
How long have you been part of the CCM ACE team?
I started in 2018 as a Sales Apprentice.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Every day is different at ACE. I mainly focus on my sales role, however a day can be a mix of marketing, invoicing, updating our website and discussing new projects.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Speaking to our customers directly and feeling a sense of involvement in their bespoke projects, albeit a small one!

You carry out most of the ACE Online demonstrations. What's your favourite feature to show customers?
As simple as it is, the calculations. It's the real wow factor of ACE Online.
What's the most common question you get asked during demonstrations?
Can it calculate half drops, repeats? Can you recalculate products? And of course, the answer is yes.
What's the most rewarding part of supporting ACE Online users?
When clients tell me how much time they save when quoting.
What advice would you give someone who's just starting with ACE Online?
Make sure you have time to set aside to learn the system.
